Returns and Refunds
Because coffee is a perishable product, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns on opened or unopened coffee products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment.
